~February & March Mummies and Babies~

They go through moany stages Diane, I hope that's all it is, though I know that doesn't help with how you're feeling right now. *hugs*

Sorry to hear you and E are having a tough time, Diane. Could it be teeth? Is she tired? They have a growth spurt at 9 months I think - could she be getting hungry earlier than normal? If none of the above, I remember 8-12 months as being very up and down for lily. She used to get very frustrated over life in general! It was like she was aware of her limitations and couldn't get over them quickly enough! It will pass, I promise!

Good luck hopes - you never know with these things til you try them out! :)

Thanks ladies xxx I'm thinking its a combo of everything tbh. She just seems so out of sorts it's hard, so prob similar to lily then! Oh well, it'll get better xxx

Well he went down like a dream. :) Be interesting to see how the rest of the night goes.

I'm sorry all the little sausages aren't having a good day, I took ruby to kiddicare this afternoon and she screamed the entire time we were there for no apparent reason! at least we have a pushchair on the way that's designed for normal size people! Hopefully tomorrow will bring better weather, happier babies and more rested mummies!

Diane, I think 9months ish is the start of a hellish leap, that could be making everything that little bit harder with S?

Im feeling incredibly Christmassy :D I've started collecting and making decorations, I really want to put them up but I shall resist till December, I wish M&S decorations were cheaper cos they're lovely this year!

I just attempted to tie ribbon on O's Christmas Eve box. I was so proud but I keep looking at it so it's coming off tomorrow & attempt #2 will begin. I so want to be creative but it's just not in me, much to my disgust.

I remember emma going through a really moany phase at 9 months as well. She started crawling after that and that sorted her, and she started saying proper words (duck was her first) so I do think it was developmental in hindsight. Boy she was a challenge!!

lol, I must admit its not something that comes easy to me but I'm too stubborn not to keep trying till I get it right!

I'm shite at getting ideas tho, how did people function before google!?

I am.one of those annoying creative types. I am.making Santa ttee decorations from salt dough and E's handprint, and going to do his hand prints in paint on brown paper for daddy's wrapping paper. I just bought some.personalised my first christmas decorationa from etsy. Who knew it was so easy to spend so much money from the comfort of your own.bed?!

I hope tomorrow is better diane. Be kind.to yourself.

What pushchair are you getting kat?

:( Sorry you're having such a tough time Nicky. I hope the wee lady feels better soon. *hugs to you both*
Talulahgosh, after working with kids for years I have that side of creative down & all of their wee works of arts look fab'. It's just that when I do it & need it to look a bit more grown up/artsy.....well it still looks like a 2 y/o has done it! :)

Has anyone ever had to return something faulty to kiddicare that you bought online?

Or I go on Pinterest & after 5 minutes I think "I hate you all". :)

this is why I don't go on etsy lol!

Talulah can u post some pics when you're done? I'm considering trying to make some tree decorations using a salt dough, mostly cos its one of the things I want to do with ruby wen she's older and I haven't done it in so long I want to remind myself how!

I've got the kiddicare imax pushchair coming, I'm hoping it will last and I won't have to get another one it's getting delivered tomorrow, can't wait!

what do you need to return clairey? ive never had to return anything but I read on thier website if you have it delivered you have to post it back to them, what's the problem?

It was the cot mobile I bought. It's got a timer on it and when it finishes it starts like vibrating really loud which I know it's not supposed to it's just supposed to switch off and it keeps regularly not turning on properly I think it's a loose wire.

I read on the website you can't send it back for a refund if it's been open and you don't have the box. I'm not fussed about a refund I'd just prefer a replacement cause I really like it!

yeah that's probably the best thing to do, if it's faulty they can't refuse to give u a refund because you don't have the box its illegal (sale of good act) shouldn't be an issue tho I've used them loads and never had any issues (fx!)
