False negative?

Has anyone ever had a false negative with first response?

My periods vary slighty in length from month to month but should be on today at the latest.

By boobs really hurt and feel huge!! Had a few cramps but haven't come on yet. 2 days ago had very light tan coloured CM and thought she was on her way!! Still nothing and today CM is cream coloured (sorry TMI!)

Took a first response this morning and BFN.

Should I just except I am out or should I still feel hopeful?

I've never used first response but for some women it takes quite a few days after af due date to get a bfp.

Test in a few days.

i got bfp on clearblue digi and cheapie and bfn on first response xx

Really samsgirl? What day of your cycle were you? Because the first response say they can detect it 6 days early you think they must be uber sensitive. I will use a clear blue digi tomorrow if nothing happens today. Thanks chick xx

Ok here is my update girls.....

Still no period. Yesterday had little bit of bright pink blood when I wiped but nothing since?? feeling sick quite a lot and boobs still hurt. But had my two bfn tests

So confused. Thought period would come Thursday or Friday last week

You may have ov'd later in your cycle. The bright pink blood could poss hae been implantation bleeding.
I'd say try again in a few days.

False positives? That's awful.

Today had little bit of dark brown spotting this morning. Nothing since.

Very strange!!

Just wish I knew whether to get excited or to get going on a new month with my cbfm.

I have everything crossed that I pregnant, thanks for the advice girls xx

Strange. Only thing I can suggest is to wait until the weekend and test again.
Our bodies can be very strange x

FR has never worked for me always said BFN when i was actually pregnant but they do work for alot of people, FX for you xxx
