Hi,
Just wondering what I should/shouldn't be doing... normally I do pilates, climbing twice a week and badminton twice a week. I've already knocked the climbing on the head but want to continue with pilates - have just emailed my instructor to check what exercises are best.
Anyone know of any pregnancy fitness DVDs?
