How did u find the epidural? Im debating having one..

Epi was heaven, I was struggling with the pain at 6cm as I had no time in between to catch my breath- the epidural really worked for me, I just concentrated before it went in on the fact that this was going to help with the pain (as you have to be very still) and withdrew into myself, then all the pain was gone, I could feel the contractions but they were not painful, so I managed to get plenty of rest before I needed to push.

They kept the epi in whilst I pushed so all I felt was the burn  and it was still working for the stitching - how true that you leave your dignity at the door eh?

I wouldn't hesitate to have an epi again, it was bliss, will have it for the next one!

Lib loved that babygro she stopped crying the minute she had it on, I'm going to keep it for her in her memory box
