egg mcmuffins

hi guys

i am 7 weeks pregnant. i have read all this stuff about not eating eggs etc when pregnant. are egg mcmuffins from McDonalds ok to eat? i have been sick all the time and it's the only thing i don't mind eating.

any help or experiences will help. thank you.

Eggs are fine as long as there cooked, If you're eating out or shopping from a deli or market, it's best not to buy sorbets, ice creams, meringues, mousses, mayonnaise or desserts such as tiramisu. These foods often contain raw eggs. Supermarket mayonnaises in jars are usually made with pasteurised eggs, so they are safe to eat. Check the label if you're unsure, mcmuffins should be fine hun, x
