does cartilage piercing hurt?
have got my ears pierced twice, would really like my lip done but am scared of it goin septic so jus my ears are gettin holes in lol

iv been told it hurts a bit more and takes longer to heal...

The third ones just burned for a while after.

I would recommend claires though....they do them at the same time so its not like shit that hurt i dont wna thte other doing lol.

Ill let you know about the 4th....its just before the cartilidge starts so i think it will be the same as the third...

I dont think ill be having any more piercings after this lol

Personally I wouldn't get cartildge pierced using a gun as it can shatter the cartlidge. Better going to get in done my a piercer I got my 3rd ear piercings done by a piercer and it was less painful than using the gun.

what does a piercer do different bee, is it like an actual needley thing rather than bein shot with the gun?

I found the tragus piercing the most painless one i've had. It was done with a long needle and i didn't feel a thing. Didn't burn after or anything. Just was a bit sore if i laid on it. I want the other side done too but i have a mole on that part of my ear.

Yeah they use a needle Kay - I don't think it hurts as much as the freeze it better

I've got mine done twice at the top, i had a scaffold bar through them..it doesnt hurt at the time but it hurts afterwards when its healing..when the shower hits it or when you lie on that side in bed!
I love piercings i've got those two, my lip and eyebrow, did have my belly button but took it out!


Oh and ps i had both my cartilage ones done with a gun, it hurts less although they now have to use a needle in most places as the chances of shattering your cartilage is quite high!

i want a tattoo but havent quite built up the guts for it yet. i want a little one for now then a slightly bigger one with my wedding date on it (but ,sensibly, wont have that done til AFTER we are married!)

i have my ears pierced with just 1 hole i have had the top of my ear done twice and both times it got infected so now have nothing, i had my nose pierced (ooh made my eyes water) it lasted about 4 days as it kept getting coughted in my nose hairs and bogys and it bloody hurt making my eyes water.
i also have 4 tattoos and want a 5th on my foot.

i have 2 in each ear, i only have tiny earlobes so couldnt fit any more than 2! i LOVE my nose piercing
