Dream feed needed?!

My LO goes to sleep for the night around 9pm after an 8pm feed! I usually dream feed him between 10:30 and 11:30 depending on when I go bed' he never Wakes and it doers bother him! I do this feed because he's supposed to have 5 7oz feeds for his age but the 8pm one is only the 4th feed! And if I'm honest because I don't want him to wake hungry in the night! He only takes 4 or 5oz of this last feed! Just been wondering if he needs it and what would happen if I just left him?! Thanks x

I used to give a dream feed because zac was such a bad feeder in the day, only taking about 4oz every bottle. I think the advice on the tin is just a guide so maybe just drop it and see if he goes through, and if he wakes do the dream feed again. My friend dropped the 5th bottle early on and had absolutely no problems xxx

I would agree, don't wake him for it and see what he does. they never ever took more than a 7 oz bottle ever so I think the tub is just a guide line
