Do you support ideals if BNP?

I know everyone's got different opinions and I respect that, but I feel that the only people saying much are those who oppose the BNP. Yet there are 8 PF members who said they support their ideals. I'd love to hear their side, and I'd love to know how they feel about people like me. Should I leave the UK and go back to Congo? I don't mean to start an argument, I genuinely want to know. And I am ready for any answer (I think  )

 Please BNP supporters get back to me

I was going to step out of this debate, but your post has made me want to rejoin.    to you & your family. I can't imagine what that must have been like for you all.

I'm convinced that the majority of BNP supporters are grossly ignorance to reality (although i can be dreadfully naive). That doesn't make them inherently bad people, just stupid. I will always feel that its my place to try and challenge misconceptions gained through lack of knowledge - I can't help myself

Sadly I'm not sure that any of those 8 people will reply to you, and I can't help but wonder whether its because their opinions (as I suspect) have absolutely no basis in reality or fact and are merely regurgitated propaganda that they haven't bothered to think through...

I can only hope that this thread will at least make them question their inner beliefs.

:? perhaps the people who voted other than no are worried about getting their heads bitten off.

I have recieved 3 messages asking how I can support the BNP, blah blah blah when I have categorically stated that I do not support the BNP- I am not a party member and I certainly didn't waste my vote on them.

 I agree. I stepped out of this a while ago because i agree with some of the policies but people are being really nasty about people who do. I have my own beliefs and reasons for supporting these, yet i am being generalised as a racist homophobic bigot. I also saw somewhere your comment on the church...they are the worst! Although no one questions this and being a christian is perfectly acceptable.

I think a lot of people who support the BNP do so out of their own personal experience. Theres a joke in Spain... it goes.. A little boy asks his father "what do you call someone who speaks 3 languages" Papa says "trilingual", the boy asks "what do you call someone who speaks 2 languages", papa says "bilingual", boy asks "what do you call someone who speaks 1 language"... papa says "British"...

I think its all very good to think the things the BNP do, but then British people aren't held in a great light either by other nationalities. Being British and an immigrant in another country, I encounter endless amounts of discrimination... the irony is because most British people here tend to be very isolated and basically live in British "ghettos" as one Spanish Politition described it, they are viewed by Spaniards as being discriminatory and ignorant. Most of those people I would say would support the BNP's ideals... but ironically live in another country and expect to be treated like royalty... :rotfl: Oh the hypocrisy is so rife.

I know that the majority of the flack I get here is because 90% of the Brits living here refuse to have anything to do with the Spanish community unless absolutely necessary...and everyone looks at me and thinks I am the same... the best discription I've had so far is that I am this beer swilling, street puking, having sex on the beach, child beating, ignorant Brit... but apparently I wasn't which wa refreshing   Even so I was quit offended that someone thought of me like that. And its just not true. I have several British friends who are like me, billingual, hold down jobs, have lived here for years, live in a Spanish community, watch Spanish TV etc... and have intergrated. But we are hounded by these negative beliefs...

And I am pretty sure that immigrants in the UK are exactly the same. A few bad apples and it rocks the apple cart.

If you believe in the BNPs ideals then fine... There are people on here who believe in things that I am dead against, but I don't go attacking them... I may want to but I am above that... everyone is entitled to their beliefs and if you don't agree with them, either ignore what is said or take it up via PM... ignoring is better  . The thing to do is to learn and study as much as you can about the BNP (know your enemy) so that when someone says do you support the BNP you can legitametly say... NO... because of this and this and this person said this and this person did that. Ask me about Nestle and I can give you a nice little soap box lecture on the evils of eating their chocolate and drinking their coffee... and how many babies in the third world continue to die because of them. But thats another thread

You're probably right. But I think that tf they stand for what they believe in, they shouldn't be ashamed. Anyone who has an opinion should be capable of defending it.

If there is one thing I want this thread to do, it's making BNP supporters question their inner beliefs. (And that's not me being mean, just saying how I feel deep down).

I am not ashamed!

Hey girl I'm glad you're not ashamed and by saying that you're probably saying that you're able to defend your opinion too. So as I was asking in one of my previous posts, how do you feel about people like me? Do you think I should go back to Congo? Honestly. (I promise I won't bite your head off  )

I did try to tell the reasons of what a believe in but all i got back was 2 page essays of why i was wrong! Whats the point lol!

I don't feel it is fair to ask people to come on to "defend" their political views (I know that's not what you ask Laetitia but I feel that is how it is being read). People do have a right to keep their views to themselves. However if they don't wish to do that perhaps they shouldn't be in this thread as it is about debating the BNP ideals.

I will bold the parts of the statement i agree with:

IMMIGRATION - time to say ENOUGH!

On current demographic trends, we, the native British people, will be an ethnic minority in our own country within sixty years.

To ensure that this does not happen, and that the British people retain their homeland and identity, we call for an immediate halt to all further immigration, the immediate deportation of criminal and illegal immigrants, and the introduction of a system of voluntary resettlement whereby those immigrants who are legally here will be afforded the opportunity to return to their lands of ethnic origin assisted by a generous financial incentives both for individuals and for the countries in question.

We will abolish the ‘positive discrimination’ schemes that have made white Britons second-class citizens. We will also clamp down on the flood of ‘asylum seekers’, all of whom are either bogus or can find refuge much nearer their home countries.

I think they are common sense views! I am not saying people should be sent back, but i think there are ALOT of illegal immigrants allowed to stay here who are a waste of space...ie. criminals...why would we want other countries criminals...we have enough of our own!!! I am not saying people should be sent back to their countries.
