Millie - how come you've not tested, if you think perhaps AF wasn't AF? Sounded promising! Would be useful to know before acupuncture I reckon! xxx

Ooh I dunno. I thought it was an AF at the time but then getting odd symptoms made me wonder.. but I don't know whether I could just be getting v. Early symptoms as I have in the past lol or whether it's just the witch playing tricks with bad pms haha! I'm too nervous to test I think. I really don't want BFN after getting my hopes up. I found an opk I forgot I had last night and did that and it was pos, I know that doesn't really mean anything but would rather it was pos than neg haha xxx

Got another pos opk just now. Only got 2 left haha. Didn't use them around ov cause didn't think I had any but I had all the ov pains and ewcm?
Last 5 days or so I've had creamy cm and then a bit of pea sized jelly cm yesterday... it was the colour of ewcm but much thicker and not stretchy haha sorry tmi.

Tricky one. Do whatever you're going to feel most comfortable with. I'm just thinking the acupuncture treatment would be v different if you were pregnant and it wasn't AF eg she might work on implantation if you're in the 2ww but would obviously do something different if you were expecting! Xxx

Ooh I dunno. I think I'l be too nervous to test as If i am 8dpo i'l probs get a bfn and then I'l be wondering all next week. Think I'm gonna stick to next thursday as my testing day lol. Will explain at acupuncture and see what she says! Haha I'm excited. What did you do on your initial visit? Its like an hour and a half! Xx

It sounds like AF could of been implantation?
I would test next week still but agree with what Sam's saying about what stage you are for Acupuncture, I would explain it to her/him and then they can work on the areas they would think would be benificial to you

A positive opk can indicate pregnancy, if you look on the 'anyone AF due on the 20th' thread on the 'am I pregnant' forum vegas had a very positive opk a few days ago then got her Bfp

I'm so nervous as this is usually the cycle I have a really short cycle (every other month) I'm so scared witch is gonna get me lol!!

Sorry the witch got you Emma! On the upside...if your birthday is Sunday that's an awesome day for a birthday - it's hubby's birthday too lol.

Millie - that sounds promising! I've been questioning my last af too as it was only 3 days long (well 2 really as the 3rd day was very light) and I've been feeling really nauseous this week, even after eating. I've had funny twinges/pains too but I'm probably just imagining things. I can understand why you don't want to test though.

I'm currently cd10 today and hubs and I are planning to ttc like we've never done before....Our consultant recommended trying every day for a week from cd9 so we'll see how that goes I'm sure hubs won't mind but sometimes we're just so knackered, especially during the week! I'm going to be devastated if we manage it and I don't even ovulate!

Oooh that sounds promising also would you test to see if it was IB or do you think you'l wait it out till next AF due?
Thats a good idea we usually dtd every day so this month I tried every other day to try get better quality sperm . Next month I may try everyday for a week from cd9 also and then every other day after that just in case. Fingers crossed you do ovulate! xxx

Nah I think I'll just wait it out. A year of bfns and the witch turning up I don't really want to test either. Every day? Gosh I couldn't handle that lol! Hubs would probably be happy but I can never be bothered! He's loving it now we're back on ttc properly. Hopefully I will, will find out after my bloods are done.

Yeah I hate BFN's so horrible seeing that one line! I think we dtd more before ttc as since ttc I'm always trying to time the best day/not wanting sperm quality to be bad etc. Fx all okay with your bloods and you do ov this month
Got a headache again today and really wanting a nap. I've only been up for like 5 hours lol!!! Xc

Well I've got really heavy AF and my lovely hubby has given me and my LO his flu bug so feel totally rubbish and have a poorly toddler too

Yeah I'm feeling fine about it as I'm only 9dpo still feeling sore boobs and headaches etc!

Oh you poor thing that sounds horrendous being ill and AF is the worst! Try just totally relaxing (if you can) this weekend and lots of naps! i hope you feel better soon xxx

Ah boo to your bfn...fingers crossed for a few days time! Well I had some EWCM this morning so hubby got jumped earlier we failed with every day from cd9 as we didn't dtd yesterday - hubs said he thinks it should be every other day so his sperm can recover so I said I guess he won't want any tomorrow on his birthday. Apparently that's different

Sorry to hear about the bfn Millie. Always horrible to see, but this cycle is sounding positive, so fingers crossed you'll get that bfp in a few days time.

Hope you're getting lots of rest Emma. Probably easier said than done when you've got a poorly husband and lo one too!
Are you starting back on the clomid this month or going to use the supplements you took last month?

Sounds like all systems go with you hopingforbabyf! I think dtd every day is soooo tiring...we go all out during my fertile period (I'm paranoid about missing the egg!) and then need about a week off to recover! As you say, birthdays are obviously exempt from the every other day rule

I'm between 5 and 7dpo today (I think 7). Really hope we've done it this cycle - it all takes so much energy and I feel we're doing everything we can. Had acupuncture this morning, so hopefully that will help with implantation. Speaking of which, I had a really weird dream about implantation last night! I think I'm a tad obsessed girls!!

Our consultant said to try every day for a week from cd9 although hubs reckons she said every other day lol. It'll be at least every other day and maybe every day while I've got EWCM anyway. It really is tiring and becomes more of a chore...we're lucky if we dtd twice a week when not ttc lol.

Hope the acupuncture works, I've heard good things about it! Fingers crossed your dream was a sign.
