Confusing cycle - two lots of EWCM

Okay so I thought I ovulated around day 11 (didn't do opk, but pains) and then thicker CM on cd12 (sorry if TMI). That's very early for me! My temps have been all over the place this month - up and down and up and down. And I had very little EWCM around cd11. I've come off a low carb diet and think it's affected my cycle. But then today cd18 I had more EWCM - clear, stretchy...so weird. Could that mean I'm going to ovulate again? Has anyone else had this happen?

My cycles are between 25 days and 28 days so I'm at least a week away from AF. Also, my cervix seems high still, which it isn't usually in luteal phase.

Well my app has decided that I ovulated last Tuesday around the time of the 2nd lot of EWCM. We dtd on Tuesday so fingers crossed.

I've just come out of ketosis on a low carb diet which raises your dopamine, and I've just found out that that also affects all the other hormones so hoping that the resultant chaos may result in a second chance this month.

I often get 2 lots of ewcm, usually 3,4,5,6 or 7dpo, it's caused by a second surge of estrogen after ovulation. x

Do you normally ovulate around day 12? Going by EWCM I think your ovulation was more likely on CD 18 x

That's what my app said. My ov varies although it's usually around mid month. I think dietary changes threw it off. I really hope it was cd18!
