confused

Hi guys looking for some advice so I had what I thought was my period but before this came a day early leading up to it I had been feeling really weird dizzy and nausea also had really sore boobs and back pain when bleeding started i had no cramping like I always do on my period ,
After bleeding stopped I still feel the same I have cramping and really sore boobs white cm and really bloated and my appetite hasnt been the same either feel really emotional sometimes done a test but has come back negative so really confused
