Confused..Negative test but late..

Hi there! So me and my hubby weren't trying to conceive but had unprotected sex on jan23..im 11 months postpartum. I expected my period on feb 6th because I've been getting them for 6 months now. I've gotten 3 negatives.. last tested 3 days ago. I dont think I'm pregnant at this point. I'm just so confused because I'm getting intense cramps for 2 weeks. Crazy random nauseous feeling, Increased need to pee, headaches, stuffy nose.
My cramps feel like my ovaries..I have a high pain tolerance I'm not sure if I'm in pain pain or discomfort.
As I've said. dont think I'm pregnant as I've taken tests..just dont know if it's worth going to my doctor or sucking up the cramps and random symptoms until a hopeful period arrives..? I know I'm not that late either but I dont think it's coming it's not the same feeling..
