No he's not on her birth certificate Hun. I just feel a little relieved about it all but I have a feeling I won't get much from him at all x

if he works the csa will take it from him he will have no choice and his works have to take it out of his wage and pass it onto the csa then they will pass it onto you

If he works and hasn't got anymore children then Csa will take 15% of his wage if they take directly from his wages then they have to leave him with a liveable amount (approx £900 a month I think) but then any overtime etc will come str8 to liv to make up any arrears/back payments xx

It would be dated from the first day they try and contact him. Id do it, he has no 'legal' rights to her if he denies hes her father then they will ask him to take a dna test if he refuses that theyll presume hes the father and make him pay anyway x
