sally hi hun dont worry about when the baby gets here you will be suprised how natural it will all come after a day or 2 and if your stuck we have a wonderful forum here with tons of people who will help out
sorry your not getting on with the pillow i found them to be the most treasured thing ive bought for pregnancy just hope i can get one cheap enough today am a bit skint this week as ive lost time in work due to illness and its lukes birthday next monday he will be 15 and nothing comes cheap at that age the thing he wants is 70 pound and thats just off me and gaz il have to get him something off his brothers too and then its a special meal out or a take away think i need a bank loan this week lol xxxxxxxxxxx

Rach - I'm glad your feeling better, I hope you'll be 100% soon.

Sally - I feel the same way in regards of having alot to learn once baby arrives, scary thought but I can't wait.

I'm feeling ok, still tired but better than what I was. I can't believe the size of my belly at this stage I feel huge.

I was listening to baby last night with the dopplar and the heartbeat was really loud. Then I felt something move in my belly and as soon as I felt it the heartbeat had gone much quieter I found it again in another place but I think thats the first time I've consciously felt baby move which is amazing.

morning girls! wow the forum looks great!! i havent just woken up, i waved OH off this morning at 6, had some toast and come back to bed!! lazy i know but hey its my day off!!
Anyways i feel really weird today, little jake has been wriggling all night so i am tired and have no energy! think im getting sickness feeling back too in the mornings.
really should start thinking about housework but i cant be bothered!!!

Baby is having a wriggly morning, I don't usually feel much movement until the evening but I'm getting a good pummling from in there today.

As for housework, I have good days where OH thinks I'm nesting early and others where I haven't done anything. Housework can wait I think!

Morning girls, what a lovelybright summery day we are having (NOT!), it is July isnt it???? Had physio ths morning, but she said my SPD seems to have improved, my pelvis was only slighly higher on one side this time, where as last week it was a significant difference. So she didnt have to pull me around too much. Apparently the muscle in my left bum cheek was in spasm so had to have that massaged (sorry if TMI!! It was weird but gave Hubby a laugh when I told him!!) Can I ask if any of the other SPD sufferers are havin sharp pains in their knees or ankles? Or am I just falling apart??

Chrissy, I think I must have turned onto my back in my sleep & thats when the muscle went into spasm, weird eh??

So, what is everyone upto today? Ive got no plans, except for doing the school run. My house needs a good hoovering but I dont think it would do my pelvis much good!!

i dont know what spd is? i have been waking up with a dead bum and pains/ pins and needles down my thighs? im going to mention it to midwife when i see her next, was putting it down to my weight gain from bump

I've just this last week started to get pain in my bum cheeks and all down the back of my legs to my knees and in my ankles too. It gets worse if I do any amount of walking..... I'm going to have to get a treadmill for the dog!!!

Im here!!
Well heartburn is driving me mad at the min and the PGP and SPD hurt! I think its just a case of finding out what I can do and cant do!
The physio gave me a strap thing! Hopefully that will help especially with climbing the stairs to bed at the end of the day!! BD hope your having a great time and Kmac hope you had a great time !!

lea sorry the heartburn is bad hun how are you finding what the physio gave you?
last time i was pg they gave me this awful belt to wear i couldnt wear it as it hurt too much so ended up wearing a tubigrip sort of thing that they gave me for a bit of extra support which helped a little xxxxxxx

well felt 1st proper movement today off the twins it was lush not just the little popping i could feel quite a big movement and it was quite high which shocked me although i do look 7 months pregnant

Rach the strap belt thing is working great for me at the min! I put it on when things are really bad and I can walk up the stairs!! I used to get Joe to hold my hips while going upstairs haha
Yay on feeling the babies!!! Have you posted a bump pic? I will have to go looking!

Hi everyone!
Just a quickie tonight. I am not feeling too good at all - my head is killing me!!
I don't know if it's just the holiday catching up with me - I didn't sleep very well while we were away, so maybe I'm just knackered!!
Had a fairly lazy day today. We went for a look round Mamas & Papas - oh my god. I know it's an expensive shop but i couldn#t believe how much everything cost!! Thought we might get a Moses basket in the sale, there was a nice one reduced to 45 quid - but the stand cost another 27!! Just left it!!
We are going to a wedding tomorrow, ad as my belly seems to be expanding by the second none of my clothes fit, especially my more weddingy clothes SO I had to buy a top and a glittery scarf to make it look a bit more fancy.

I apologise - I have read through everyone's posts but my mind has gone blank as to what I was going to reply.
Think I will call it a night, and we have an early start in the morning, especially as i forgot to get a card and the wrapping paper in the house is too small for the pressie

yay i just got my post and my 20 week scan is on august 6th 2 days before my birthday which means i got a scan with consultant on 24th july and then my anomaly scan 13 days later im hoping at least 1 of these scans will show us what sex the twins are xxxxxxxx

Kmac I was in Mamas & Papas on saturday too! (though in Manchester Fort) and I have ordered the Herbie!! Though, lol I have since changed my mind?! hahaha Its just great that isnt it!? So I think I will see, maybe cancel it or maybe not oh gosh Im so indicisive!?
I ordered the Hot & Bothered but then decided I wanted the Nicey! Joe prefers the Nicey too but then I like the Loola?! Argghh! lol I will figure something out lol!
