Morning Rach, glad to hear your 24 weeks, I didn't realise my due date was just a day behind you, I'm 24 weeks tomorrow. Yipee
My OH felt the baby kick for the first time last night while we were lying in bed, he never felt our DD, although she kicked loads, he saw her move, but never felt a kick, so I'm chuffed that this time he's felt some kicking.
Weather is miserable here too, apparently flash flooding is expected throughout Wales!! A couple of weeks ago we had flooding, luckily it didn't reach the house, but different friends of mine were flooded!! Hope it doesn't reach them again!
My DD is teething at the moment and I'm not sure if it is cos of this but she has started waking at 5.30am, way too early for my liking, we normally get up at 6am, but that extra half an hour makes all the difference, this morning we brought her into bed with us for a cuddle and she just wriggles so much, rolls all over you, starts pulling your nose and playing with your eyes, god it is not relaxing!!!! Her comfort thing is sucking her thumb, while stroking hers or my eyelashes
It's my last day at work until Wednesday as we're going to the zoo
, yeah I know I've told you all already, can't wait.
Ninjawomble - lucky you having 18 days off, make the most of the time to do all the things it'll be harder to do once your baby arrives, treat yourself go to a health spa or something and get pampered. For my birthday I'm going to ask for vouchers to a salon in town and get a load of treatments.
Have a great day everyone. B x
