CD17 pink spotting

So yesterday I had pink spotting when I wiped only. Happened once and that was it. Last cycle was 45 days long and on CD10 I had some pains. This cycle I had pains on CD10 again. Any ideas ladies?

It's either ovulation or low progesterone. Are you taking any vitamins? x

Nope no vitamins. If it was low progesterone I would expect more spotting other than a random occasion?

Spotting usually occurs once a month if its low progesterone. Everyone is different.

I would suggest you take vitamin B complex, D,Zinc and C. It will stop then. X

If it was low progesterone then I would expect that it would be after ovulation and that your body begins to shed the lining too early. Mine used to start as early as 6dpo and continue to AF. This is what my consultant said. I use progesterone during tww to help with this. I think it sounds like ov spotting if it's just a random one off. Maybe mention to gp though as spotting can be sign of polyps too, always best to let them know about these things xx
