hi ladies, I lost weight very fast when I was breastfeeding, but that was just because my son had an allergic reaction to something in my milk and my doctor put me on an elimination diet: no wheat, no corn, no soy, no eggs, no nuts, no dairy. And you can hardly find anything that contains none of it, so I pretty much ended up eating rice crackers (some still contain wheat) and veggies. Poor me, but my son felt good and that kept me going! I hope your breastfeeding diet is not constrained by allergies or other unpleasant things. It is no fun! The day my diet ended, I ran into a store, got a pack of white pita bread and ate it all myself!
