So, i have been ttc for 5 months now. Witch has just left so on with cycle 6. Have been using OPK's every month and last month i started checking CM this month i am also charting BBT. So do i literally wake up pop it in my mouth wait for the beep and write down that temp? Or do i like take a few different readings and jot down the average? I am a bit confused to say the least. But i hear this is a more accurate way of knowing i am definately ovulating compared to just using OPK's. Any tips or advice most welcome ladies.

hi puzzle basically take ur temp the minute u wake up, so have thermometer right beside u. take it once always at same time everyday, they say between 6 - 6.30 is best, and u have to have had min of 3 hours rest before taking temp. hope this helps. its def more accurate. i have been temping last twice i got pg, good luck xxx
