2:58pm - 'Hey, been on the ward since 8:30am, had pessary just before 11am. Bit of back ache, lots of pressure! Going for a walk to see if it helps then back on monitor.'

9:39pm - 'Last examined at about half 5 and was 1cm dilated and been having some bleeding since. No contractions yet, gona be a long process xx'
