Baby Name Help ?

i like both names alot but not too keen on the spelling but thats just me. xx

I like both names

BTW the footballer was Keegan..

i just wanted to spell it a little diff to the normal is all x

Now I can see why everyone is always so nice, a bit of honesty definitely a bad idea! I will not say what I really think (am writing it out 50 times). Seriously though, sorry, it wasnt meant to offend, I was just feeling very forthright

Hahahahaha StarFish, what are you like :)

I just saw this thread. Don't worry about it, i get a bollocking every now and again

My... ummm.... my husband's cousin's baby is called Regan, so although i might not have chosen it for myself when you know a cute little baby in real life with the name it tends to grow on you a little ;)

Marriane, I love both your choices, Finlay and Teaghan, It was actually our final girls name choice when we had my first son Rhys, as he was a boy we didn't get to use it, but he still knows that would have been his name (he is 11 now!). We did go on to have a daughter 3 years later, and had found the name Briony by then. We were going to spell it Teagan without the H.

Starfish!! Really a little bit too much - your comments , she was asking for our input, please try to keep it constuctive

This is why I never ask for opinions on baby names or give my opinion on them. It's soooo easy to be offended if someone says they don't like it & shoot yourself in the foot if you say you don't like it. I simply browse for name ideas!
My best friends nephew is Finlay & he's a gorgeous boy & my son has a Teagan in his class. Both popular names.

can i point out she didnt say she didnt like it? lol i think it was her comparisons that were a lil offensive ... i think its quite ok to say ur not keen or not fussed lol anyways she wasnt trying to offend and has said sorry so im sure its over.... as for contributing to baby names people contribute all the time and say there not keen so dont feel u cant have an opinion :D xx

I love both names. Also love the way you've spelt teaghan as I like names to be abit different. the only thing with Finley, it's so common where I live so wouldn't choose it but it's a lush name!
