Sounds good Fela! I've been thinking of getting exercise vids on YouTube and doing that in the lounge room in the morning before work. A good option for me because realistically I don't think I'm going to do anything after work, as I get home 7pm each night at earliest and want to start cooking dinner straight away so that I don't end up eating too late at night. And if I do the exercise in the morning, then it's out of the way early in the day! I hate running unfortunately, I know it's a popular option but I just hate it!
