Ooh a Christmas Eve Scan, how exciting.

I keep wondering whether to do any more tests. I’ve only got a 2-3 also, but they’re so expensive xx

Yeah we figured if we are telling my parents we want to be sure and hopefully it’ll help us figure out dates as well! Although doc said midwife will probs get me in early so I’ll Probs have another one 8-10 weeks.

I know i could break the bank buying the digital ones! I’ve decided to just leave it now it’ll be what it’ll be. Xx

Midwife booking appointment would normally be from 8weeks onwards. What will you be when you have yours? Scan can come in anytime and I know some get theirs at their booking in appointment. Every area is just different but when I phone I get both appointment dates there and then and then they confirm it with 2 letters xxx

Midwife booking appointment would normally be from 8weeks onwards. What will you be when you have yours? Scan can come in anytime and I know some get theirs at their booking in appointment. Every area is just different but when I phone I get both appointment dates there and then and then they confirm it with 2 letters xxx

i will be 10 weeks at booking appointment in dorset we have to self refer so i dont know how that works

10weeks is fine for appointment. Not sure if you will get your appointment then with the midwife but good luck. You could phone the number and ask them if unsure. Xxx

No! I’m so sorry! Bleeding heavily??

I will add a TMI photo but it’s not allowing me to. It’s like the beginning of my period. The blood is kind of mixed in with stretchy mucus it’s dried quite light on the paper but there is blood in there still when I checked. The blood is red blood.

I do not have cramping, only symptom I have is tiredness, sore breasts and bloating. I slept more or less all day today.

I am not sure if progesterone caused the bleeding or if being intimate with my husband as it was first time in ages due to me bleeding last time.

I did have a little blood when I first started using progesterone but tiny amount.

I just don’t know so I will go to EPU tomorrow, I feel exhausted and so tired..

As I said I’m not optimistic at all as I have been through this so many times

Hey hun, I’m my area (South), after the booking appointment the midwife requests the 12 week scan date from the hospital, so within a week or so will get that through in the post xx

Just to keep the tread updated for other people maybe in the same situation, I have just had a scan at the EPU, they found a yolk sac and a heart beat. She did say that it was measuring a little smaller than expected but it’s quite difficult to tell at this stage as they are talking millimetres. I have another scheduled scan next Monday. My bleeding also seems to have stopped and found a potential urine infection and prescribed me something for thrush just incase.

Glad to hear they found a heartbeat! Such lovely new. I really hope things calm down for you and hopefully this little one sticks.
