Ladies, I need to get trim!

I've got 2 stone at least to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight, but I'd like to lose a bit more if I can!

Anyone up for a group diet thread to give each other a bit of morale support?

I've got 39lbs to lose, WOW - that sounds alot!

me me me!! i need to loose about 15-20 kg, i was in loosing weight mode when i fell pregnant so i weighed 67kg pre pregnancy, and right now im 74, i want to go back to being 56-57 kg, that was my comfy weight and size, but where do i start??

i am back down to what i weighed before i had charlie BUT i still want to lose 2 stone!

so much better than doing it on your own! :)

Im using 'My Fitness Pal' for Calorie Counting, The Wii Fit, Walking/Jogging, and some Weights to tone my bingo wings.

Starting weight - 12st

Current - 11st 10lb

4lb lost this week.. :)
 
I'm starting ww from tomorrow.. I haven't been good this week LOL
So starting weight is 11st 12lb, ny target is atleast 9st
 
I'm on SlimFast, it has worked wonders for me in the past! Although I slipped a bit this past week after being back at my mums. And don't worry Jen, I've got a lot more than that to lose! Haha I'm a chunky monkey xx
 
I was gonna get a couple of the slimfast shakes to have for breakfast lunch, are they good Lulu? Xx
 
I thought about that to jen.. i can easily drink a shake in the morning rather than eating food!..
 
If you like butterscotch angel delight - the caramel tempatation shake tastes like that! I've never been a big breakfast person so a shake in the morning suits me great, then I'll have one for lunch then a 600 calorie dinner. It's a really easy routine to follow xx
