Ok so it's just under 3 weeks to roadtrip an I need a kick up the arse to lose weight cos obvs I need to look amazing :lol: I've gained a wee bit, bmi is now 25.2, which I'm more than chuffed about anyway! Weigh 9st12, clothes size is between 10 and 12, but if it's a top or dress in tight material I have to get a 14 to fit the boobs in :roll:

Not sure of my target weight, I think ideally I'd like to b below 9st, but I can't see me losing that in 3 weeks :lol: will just see what happens! Am going to e doing a set I got out of best magazine, did it a few weeks ago and in the 3 days I did it I lost 4lb :shock: so will be doing that and some zumba every night too!
 
Well it's got off to a bad start! Ended up grabbing a snickers in morrisons and have just had 1 1/2 sandwiches :blush: i blame it on the weather!
 
Epic fail! I think af's going to pay me a visit, she's not been around since jan so it's gona be a shock to the system! Had a pork steak, pasta and broccoli for tea - Katie asked for chicken and pasta, and seeing as the only meat she wants to eat is chicken, I let her believe it's all chicken :lol: then I had the majority of an Easter egg :blush: and I dis no exercise :blush: but I am meant to be going swimming tomorrow, which is something I don't ever ever do, so that will be good!
 
dont beat yourself up, AF is a bloomin nightmare to diet through. Thats what made me fail my lipotrim. Tomorrows a new day and a fresh start! But you look awesome anyway so it doesnt really matter if you dont diet before the road trip :hug:

Now, I actually feel really good! But I'm all number obsessive :wall: have had a bit of a head up arse day too, so have eaten more than I usuay would! Just wish dieting was easier! I swear, after I had Ella, I literally lost all my baby weight from both pregnancies in 10 days and found the next bit quite easy to shift too, bit the last few pounds are a nightmare! I don't think it helps that I know I'm not overweigt anymore, so I've not got as much motivation!
 
Do you drink much (water I mean, not booze :lol: ) cos dehydration counts for a lot of hunger pangs
 
I'm not really a water person, but I drink plenty of coffee! I think I'm gona start having a glass of juice every time I feel hungry and give it 1/2 hour before eating!
 
make sure its not one of those sugary juices, I always thought they were all healthy until I looked at the sugar content :shock: may aswell have a chocolate bar for the sugar in some of them!
 
I always drink sugar free! Today I've had a bowl of crunchy nut and 1/2 steak and pepper ciabattas! Although it was probs only 1/2 a ciabatta cos Katie stole all my bread! And we left for swimming at 11.30 ish and got back about 3.30 so all that double buggy pushing must have done me some good!
