Just got back from holiday. Hope everyone is ok. I'm massive! My belly looks obviously pregnant, not sure how to hide it for another 4weeks! Can't believe I'm 8 weeks today!
Someone please tell me that morning sickness stops soon.

I am 6wks 3days today baby measuring spot on and getting scanned every week for the next few weeks just to keep an eye on everything. All looks good so far though.

Baby Liddle is measuring spot on fir sates and has a strong healthy heartbeat. So happy and relieved. Getting scanned every week for the next few weeks just to check progression. Next scan is in 6 days

If it helps put your mind at ease I say definitely get a private scan. It will be worth every penny. I hope you manage to convince your OH ASAP

Okay finally managed to get a drs appointment! He can't be sure of my dates due to the miscarriage, but is fast tracking my paperwork to the maternity team at my clinic so that they can assess it! He took by blood pressure and weighed me and asked some general health questions and seemed pretty happy. He even wished me luck which I thought was nice after some of the stories I have heard. He also suggested calling EPU to see if they would give me an early scan, but he wasn't sure they would. He also said they have a guy that comes to the clinic every wednesday morning to do private scans and they are £45, I thought that seemed reasonable. Anyway I am going to ring EPU tomorrow and see what they say, if not will probably book for an early scan next wednesday!
