Still no af for me was due yesterday, slight brown tinge to cm though so I guess she’s on the way, I wish she’d hurry up as I want to move on already!

You’ve inspired me to do the SMEP plan! I’ve ordered the ovulation kits to be here this week. If my shortest cycle is 32 days would you say start from day 14 instead of 10? dh might be work out before ovulation if I start at 10!

I would definitely recommend it! But it's not for everyone, i know some people who found it too exhausting. By the last day of DTD my DH was exhausted haha, i dont think he could have continued for another day! Try it and see how you get on though. Cycle day 10 sounds reasonable xx

Well I caved and just got my bfp at 11dpo! I'm in serious shock and also petrified of another mmc. Just going to take it one day at a time and start aspirin tomoro x
