so last labour I had a PPH as soon as my daughter was out, hoping to have a normal birth this time with no PPH and was wondering if its a realistic expectation xx
I've wondered about this, it happened in theatre with my daughter after my emergency c-sec and I and another big blood loss during surgical management for miscarriage.
I had pph with my son and after an erpcs for a loss. I am not allowed to go into birth centre as I am more likely to have one again according to midwife. It's not a given of course but make sure you remind them about it so they can be prepared xx
My sister suffered a pph with her first - they nearly had to give her a hysterectomy to stop the bleeding. Second time round she was absolutely fine so I hope the same for you too.

Hope so as well think it may have been my iron levels the last time so going o make sure I have enough iron in my pregnancy so it doesn't happen again ideally I'd like to have a vaginal birth again and be in and out asap lol xx
