Totally agree Cornish fairy,
love making to schedule nit passionate or impulsive, my OH hates it but we just want to desired outcome and sometimes you have to work at things!

your way is def better, but we have got to that stage of too much trying and just want results!!!

So this month smep should seem like a breeze as we're giving ourselves days off!!

Will be dtd starting tonight cd 14,16,18,19,20,22 if that Sounds about right? Obv it may need to be tweaked depending when I get that pos opk.

oh my mistake thinking 5dpo, yes ive started reading that book, hoping will help in my own bedroom!! EVERY DAY THAT IS EXTREME!!!! XXX
 
I love softcups.

I even wore them to work this cycle, no one knows and it keeps the little swimmers up there wayyyyy longer than if i just jumped up out of bed, showered than went to work! And once in you dont feel them x x x
 
how do you plan the smep? Ive never done it before but would quite like to give it a go :) (Its one of the things we havent tried and seem to have tried everything else!)
 
Longingforabump~you just start bd'ing on cd8 or 10....then remember to bd every other day until you get you pos opk....when you get that you bd 3 days in a row miss a day and bd once more for luck!

So it would look like this:

CD8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 20! Assuming you got your ++opk on cd16.

Last month i bd:

cd10, 12, 14,15,16, and 18 Because i got my ++opk on cd14.

Hope that makes sense?! If not when do you roughly get your ++opk and i'll work out when you need to bd!! Lol

thank you :) that does make sense :) i ovulate at different times each month but use opks :)

Just told the oh we're on the smep this month....shudda seen his face! Not impressed! Haha!
 
a man not impressed by lots of sex?? weired hehe mind mine gets sick after a bit haha how all u ladies doing ? almost time for my operation smep to comence yet again and this month is the month its gotta be im in confident mode so its all + from now on hehe xx
