Question about SMEP

Ok so DH and I are doing SMEP this month (not that he knows this, he just thinks I'm being randy lol)
But its not full SMEP, I'm not using OPK's or anything, we're just BDing every other day. Except we BD'd last night and the night before, and I doubt we'll be able to tonight as he's doing a 12hr shift today and tomorrow.

So my question is, is it still SMEPing if we BD 2 days in a row, then skip a day b4 going back to the normal every 2 days routine?

Does that even make sense??

Hi Jayjay,

Always had this problem with SMEP, it doesn't always fit in with life!!! Best you do is get in as much BD as poss. OH usually doesn't complain.....

I have a bladder infection atm, go figure. Something always comes up around OV time

that sucks.

Remember babybo's bfp though - just one bd did it....and not particularly at thr right time either!!
