I would look into that hun as he is not your son so you should be entitled to it....

Long time ago when I applied for mine but it takes up to four weeks hun x

its £500 towards baby gear etc if your on benefits and low wage, but if on low wage you have to apply after baby is born x

We can apply once the baby is born. My friends who have applied said its usually a max of 3 - 4 weeks xx
