£500 grant...

anyone whos had it..how long did it take to get put into your bank after sending your form of?
My mum lent me the £500 so i could order the pushchair but just wondered how long they usually take as i had my £190 in under 2 weeks. thanks x

hi girls sorry to dig up an old thread but was hoping you could help.

I recently sent off for the grant and received a letter back saying we weren't eligible because neither of us are claiming benefits.

:S my OH phoned them and said he is in receipt of income based JS and they said you have to be signed on for 26w to be entitled to it..... I have looked everywhere and nowhere does it say this... no website or even the form!!

Has anyone been signed on less than 26w and still been paid it... :/
