Any June 2017 due dates?

My booking in appointment is on Monday when I will be 8 wk 5 days. Not been feeling too bad, a little queasy some days, sore boobs every day and total loss of appetite.
So want the scan to be done, I just want to know everything is ok in there!

It feels like a massive milestone booking in doesn't it! Have you booked a private 6 week scan then Bythesea? I really want my scan at 12 weeks as that should be just before Christmas, would be lovely to announce it then! Assuming all goes well. I'm so nervous xxx

No Hun I get an early scan because I'm under the recurrent miscarriage clinic. I lost all mine around the 6-7 week mark so it'll be a massive day for me. I won't book in with the midwife until after that- not bothered when I get my m/wife appt, they will have to do the scan by 13 weeks so will just have to fit it all in. Hoping I'll get another scan anyway before the standard 12 week one.

Has anyone ever done the NIPT test? My boyfriend wants to have it done because I'll soon be 33, but it's expensive. The plus side is that you will know the baby's gender at 11 weeks.

Is this the same as the Harmony test? If so then Lisey on here has had it. I'm considering it as my hubby is over 40. It's about £500 though knowing the gender early on would be amazing! Xx

My booking in is 24th November, I will be 10 weeks. I have had sore boobs for about three weeks and am absolutely shattered all the time. I have also been sick this morning after taking my folic acid and vitamin d....I woke up feeling hungover with nausea and a headache.

I have told a select few people but keeping it a surprise until scan date for our little boy Jack who is 5. I am going to get George the Elf (our elf on the shelf) out and let him bring some early presents from santa/baby

Rheych- that's so cute re elf. I always thought I would come up with unique ways of telling close ones that I'm pregnant - but didn't manage that so far for OH or my parents (they just so happened to be popping by the weekend after I found out and I can't lie!). I'm seeing wider family at a Christmas do, as they all live miles away, so I'm thinking of ways to reveal to them!

Ams25 - thanks, that's exactly what I did re sample and apparently the 20 week scan reference is out of date so will be 12 weeks

Embarrassingly I nearly fainted and had to lie down after she took blood sample! Think it's because I was so hungry as didn't realise it would take so long. But hearing my blood squirting didn't help (I swear I've never heard that in a blood test before!!!) maybe I'm still traumatised from latest walking dead episode!!

Just wising you all the best your story is similar to mine x I had a 5week 7week then 10 week scan got a 13 week one next week. I booked in at 9 weeks but I had a 6 week first midwife appoint as I needed to be referred to the consultant too. I'm now under joint care with extra scans and hopefully midwife led birth (if my heart plays game too) so far all has been good just wishing next scan is good news too. what have they put you on? They put me on folic acid and aspirin. X x x

Thank you Hun. I'm so anxious. Analysing every symptom.....
They haven't put me on anything. I took aspirin with my last pregnancy but miscarried so I've decided not to take it this time. All my blood clotting tests came back fine anyway so shouldn't need to take it. Did they give you those extra scans as part of the recurrent miscarriage care? Nothing has been said to me other than to go for that early scan which I will be 6+3 so hopefully they will see everything. I will push for another test before the 12 week one anyway as my anxiety is so bad!!!! We've decided to get the Harmony test done at 10+3 as that's an extra worry I'd like dealt with as early as poss.
I'm so glad all is going well for you-I feel a bit different this time, and my tests got really strong really quick so hoping that's a good sign-but not sure if it's wishful thinking...?!

Sounds like your hospital are on the ball. Mine have been quite laid back about it all- my docs have taken it more seriously and I've had more testing done with them-all of course came back clear.....
I'm going to push for that second scan around 8 weeks if they dont offer it, I'm hoping they will anyway though.

Fingers crossed they do hun. I'm bricking it for my 13week scan but as I keep telling myself. I'm doing this until I have my take home baby. So no matter what I've got to go through this tri 1 process. One time it will be different. nothing is stopping one time being this time x

Well it's been a stressful day and a bit here but all ok now. Found some blood in my underwear yesterday so rang 111 who refered me to urgent care, who booked me in for a scan today to check everything is ok. I was so relieved to see a nice, strong heartbeat and they couldn't see anything causing a problem or a reason for the blood. I was so worried, I burst into tears when I saw baba on the screen and the heartbeat flickering away.

I had my booking appointment last week. I have had my blood results back already. I'm rhesus negative, which I already knew from my first pregnancy, so I will need to get the anti-d.
I'm super tired. I had a week off work last week as DD was off for half term and it was more tiring to entertain my 5yo than if I had gone to work.
I won't be able to hide this pregnancy anymore, unless I go to work in my baggy PJs. A few people looked straight at my bump today. Especially after lunch. It's cute and reassuring, but I don't want to tell work colleagues before family and I don't want to tell family before DD and I don't want to tell DD before I reach the second trimester.
I think one of my colleagues is pregnant, too, but hasn't officially announced it yet. I am dying to ask her. I would love a pregnancy buddy in work.

I'm struggling to hide this at work as well especially after I have eaten, I'm really trying to hide my expanding stomach but feel that is making it more obvious. I have told my line manager as I work in a highly stressful job and was brought to tears a few times last week which isn't like me so she knew something was going on! I have my booking in appointment tomorrow I think it will make it more real for me then!

Hi ladies can I join as I'm due 29th June. This will be baby number 2 for me as I already have a wee boy who will soon be 3. I really don't want to tell anybody I'm pregnant until Christmas but I'm struggling to keep my bump under wraps and I'm only 6 weeks!! My boobs are really sore and huge!!! I'm really tired and feel a little agitated. Hope all you lovely ladies are doing good and it will be good to catch up on how everyone is doing as we all go on this journey together. Xx

Congratulations to all June mummies!! Based on the NHS due date calculated I'm 6 weeks and 2 days and due 25th June.

I have my midwife app on 1st Dec and scan on 12th Dec...so at 10 and 12 weeks respectively.

I work in a school and my scan is booked for our last week of term...its sooo busy and I'm already having to lie to my manager about my midwife app.

Have any of you told your manager earlier than you would have liked just to save the lies?!

I really wanted to wait until I'd seen a healthy baby on that scan but I just don't know now
