Any July 2017 Mummies?

I've avoided any nausea so far, FX'd it stays that way, I doubt it though!

I think the exhaustion is kicking in now, feel so tired today and could not stop yawning at work. It's difficult at my work because I work in a small office, there's only 3 of us so nothing goes unnoticed! God knows how I'll get away with it if I'm feeling nauseous all day! lol xx

Hi Keely & Oneday, I'm going privately, I live in Ireland & because of my age I'm going with a Private Obstetrician, he works out of a public maternity hospital in Dublin. He scans st 7weeks to establish heartbeat and then normally every 2 weeks until 2nd trimester.

KeelyGracey, I know what you mean. I had ginger biscuits in my draw and work when I was pregnant with DD and that did not go unnoticed lol. Fx the nausea stays away for you.

That's great you get scanned every few weeks Clementine, that will be lovely watching baby grow x

Thats good! It sounds like you'll be taken good care of. They want £70 for a private scan where I live which seemed like a lot to me so just going to wait and see what date they give me first xxx

Keely it's 80 by me, and 75 for bloods so far I've had 1 scan, 2 lots of blood & then a prescription (just for the paper to give pharmacist) for 35 and had to pay for my progesterone which was 52. Worth it though x

Wow! Oh definitely worth it, I would pay whatever I could if I needed too. I've not had any cause for concern at the moment though so I don't want to pay out £70 just because I'm impatient! lol xx

The waiting is really hard! I felt like my symptoms had stopped yesterday and was getting worried but I think my books must have grown a size overnight and my belly is huge with bloating which is reassuring! Can't wait for the second trimester though, Christmas can't come soon enough

Books? I'm assuming you meant boobs! Lol that made me giggle lol..

I know I'm really looking forward to Christmas this year, just can't wait to tell people feel like I have this big secret that's desperate to get out! Lol xx

I'm really struggling with the morning sickness.
Its been non stop since monday i have hardly any energy. :(

Haha, yes boobs not books. Damn auto correct! At least we should also be over the worst of the nausea in time for Christmas - I'll be gutted if my appetite doesn't come back before then!

A private scan near me is only £40! A shame how different the prices are wherever you live!

I wanted to get one but now I'm not sure whether to save the money and just be patient - really can't wait though!!

Got a right bloat in today, I look as if I'm already showing!! I know I'm not, but it's still nice to see as weird as that sounds haha! Gets me excited for when I do show!

How are you all feeling? Any showing yourselves yet?

I felt like I was this morning but it's just bloat. I'm grateful it's cold outside and I can cover up in big baggy clothes without raising any suspicion!

Big bloat here too....and the tiredness, oh the tiredness....!!. nausea comes and goes but I think I'm eating more so that's stopping it to be fair.

Oh no! Sorry morning sickness has got you so bad Aurora_J! Have you tried seeing a doc for some sort of tablet for relief?

Tiredness has got me too Bythesea! Having a nap every day at the moment and then still a normal night's sleep!! However keep waking up for a wee I the middle of the night - that might explain some of the tiredness!

Glad I'm not the only one with the bloating!!

Aw Aurora you poor thing! Hopefully it means your hormones are nice and high but I know that's not much comfort when you feel terrible! :( maybe a trip to the doctors might be in order if you can't eat? I was lucky with my 2 boys and had very little sickness and it looks like this one's the same but of course then I'm worrying that it's a bad sign, we can't win can we!

I'm 6+4 today... i'm pretty tired; in bed at 9 every night. Boobs still a bit sore which they have been since 8dpo, they look like they've grown a bit too. I feel nauseous sometimes but only quite mild and not actually been sick yet. I wake up with a fairly flat tummy (well not that it's been flat for a long time after 2 kids lol) but I definitely get mega bloated by the end of the day and look about 5 months pregnant after tea. Oh I'm burping and feeling gassy a lot, and i'm having food aversions too. So I've quite a few symptoms but none of them are really 'bad' so of course I'm still worrying. I definitely have more symptoms than I did with my MC so that's good, but I had pretty much no symptoms with my second son either so I know that can be just as normal.

Feel stuck in limbo at the min, i dont want to go to midwife until after 8 weeks, im desperate for an early scan but the nearest private place is an hour away. If they were in my town I'd get one but it's not just somewhere I can pop on my lunch break. I don't think the NHS would give me an early scan after just 1 MC would they? Ah well I'm going to get Harmony test at 10 weeks so that will involve a scan too, so not too long to wait xx

Morning ladies, sorry I've been offline so long. I've started kickboxing after speaking to the instructor he said he won't push me to do the stuff that I genuinely cannot do so punches and kicks yes a quick warm up yes but we do a sprawl which is flick your legs out behind you and resting on elbows I can do that till I'm bumpy but after that I've got to be careful so far it's been brilliant can really feel a change in my core muscles already so I'm working on my cardio and that's hard due to a chest infection my lungs are screwed and I was a smoker before finding out with this one so I need to work on it more but feeling pretty good I kept up :) xxx
