I wouldnt bother with sex lol! Didnt work for me lol!

I literally tried every myth known to 'bring on labour' i really dont think anything helped unfortunately. He arrived 41+3 the evening of my 4th sweep attempt lol x

My first was 6days early

I used raspberry leaf tea and EPO but they just help with the labour

This time I'm 38weeks and I've tried everything possible

Birthing ball
HOT curry
Pineapple
Sex

Nothing has worked. This little one is in it for the long haul

He is so high up my heartburn makes me vomit

Thanks everyone think other than sex iv gone through the list and no sign little man wants to come yet but booked in for a sweep Monday so maybe that will get him moving... Just going to try keep active as possible anything to avoided having to be induced x
