advice needed on grapefruit

Hi there
I've been ttc for approx 6 weeks so not long but have been on here for a few weeks and have noticed people talking about grapefruit juice.
Can someone tell me why is this? Is it known to aid conception?

Any comments and advice would be greatly appreciated
