_>•~*X*~July 2015 Mummies-to-be!!!~*X*~•<_

Yay Kwarbee! I'm sure it will be baby fidgeting about in there.

I can't see a urine sample from the same day being an issue, I reckon you should be fine.

My 20 week scan is 2 weeks today, I'll be 20+5. Getting a bit more anxious about it as it's getting closer :/ x

Morning ladies hope your all ok
My due date might change it was estimated at 30th June but I think I'll come into early July
Only 5 days till 20 week scan on Tuesday
Kaylip that mean your scan is Tuesday too? What time?

A bump buddy is a lady on here that's your go to as such for any changes and labour / birth announcement to keep everyone in the loop and excited about the new arrivals
I had a bump buddy with my first baby on this forum and we're still friends now and message everyday :) x

No unfortunately Iv got to wait 5 weeks until my 20 week scan Laura :( wish it was Tuesday :) enjoy your scan, look forward to seeing some pics!! X

Not heard it about peanut butter, but a lady tried to tell me I couldn't eat Satay sauce because it has nuts in it. She was very surprised when I told her my midwife actually promotes eating nuts, as she still believed you couldn't during pregnancy xx

I think the 'avoid nuts' advice is a bit outdated.
My mum told me she thought I was meant to avoid them but I've read that it's not the case anymore.x

They used to say that you shouldn't eat nuts incase the baby had an allergy, but now they actually believe eating nuts can prevent the baby getting a nut allergy. Not forgetting how good nuts are for you in moderation too! Xx

Lacey's doin good, she's keeping an eye on y'all... *sneaky eyes* lol :)

All is well guys, just been extremely busy. OH flies over in a week, YAY!!!

I promise I'll get front page updated today xx

Wow Lacey, next week, you must be so excited. How long will he be staying for?

I haven't heard that we should avoid peanut butter. I don't like it anyway but I don't remember seeing that anywhere. I think it's to do with the avoiding nuts thing which as others have said I don't believe that's followed anymore.

xx

Re peanut butter, I've been eating it by the potful, so equally unaware of any issues. None of the 'avoid these foods' had peanuts on them, including NHS, as far as I saw. I don't see a problem.

Re scan, I'm 2 weeks tomorrow, so getting exciting. Bump is starting to be noticeable, but still at a stage that people might just think I really overindulged at Christmas. Loving my H&M maternity trousers though. SOOO comfortable.

Lacey, next week?? Wow, that's come round quick, but I bet time has slowed for you! Look after yourself, kiddo.

Am also without bump buddy. Happy to buddy up, but in all honesty would probably want to be posting my own updates on here. Might take me longer, but personal preference.

Starting to look at nurseries and formulating the 'DIY plan' on the house for the next six months. Slightly scaring myself with what we should have been doing with our time and money in the last few years. I guess there's nothing like a definitive deadline to give you a kick up the watsits.

Oh, and speaking of watsits, I experienced what I can only presume were my first 'fanny daggers' today. Holy smokes, that's a great surprise, huh? No wonder that's not in the holiday brochure.

Just posted up an offer on a pregnancy pillow if anyone still has to buy one x

Thanks Laura. I do!

Yay Lacey is back! Bet you're super excited about OH coming next week!! He won't know what's hit him with your bump!!

I have bad trapped wind, not painful but seriously bloated...shown me what il look like at 8months!! Windeaze is brilliant of anyone gets trapped wind and recommended by my midwife!!

I move this weekend! Yippee!! Nursery wardrobes being built today! Ahh so excited!!

Baby on te move big time it's popped out from behind pubic bone!

Twinkletoes and bonze thank you I'm pleased I'm not over reacting!
My mum would probably come to our house and watch baby if it came to it, what get me the most is the reception and wedding is over the road!!!!! 5mins walk. We never go out last time we were out socially was at a christening last year!
He's defiantly being cautious especially no going places near your due date you may pop hmmmm but yes dear it's still ok for me to do the house work ect lol men they are clueless at times I think.

Oh and twinkletoes we share the same due date if the front page is correct.

August mummies are now in tri2!!!!!! :-) we are no longer the newbees!!!!!!!!!!!! Step closer to meeting our babies :) xxx

Great price in the pink linings change bags, they do look really big and useful, but I think they are a bit too girly for me. I quite like the look of the pacapods, but they are a bit expensive. But since we don't really need to buy anything else for this lo I might be able to treat myself! Will have a shopping spree nearer the time to look at them for real.
