I'm still thinking boy,which is a problem as we don't like any boy names!! We have loads of girly names that we both like,but can't agree on any boy names. Being a teacher makes the name part difficult!! Can't wait to see him/her again on weds though!! Just hope they're accurate with the date otherwise they won't be able to do screening as I'll be 13+6 on weds!! Pushing it a little me thinks!! Can't wait to see how much they've grown. I though that I'd started getting linea nigra today,but can you get it this early on?? I read it was 20+ X

I had to go to the loo and jump about a bit in an attempt to get baby to face up but no joy. It did turn face on at one point which was really weird.
Saw it's little legs kicking and hands moving together.
I'm in love

Great pic Crawkay - I had to do the same, go to the loo and move around, but eventually LO moved to just about the right spot to get the measurements. It was moving around all over the place, so I've nicknamed him/her fidget!

Back on PC now, so will have a go at uploading a photo.

Have had a really painful tummy today. I'm hoping just stretching pains! Got another scan tomorrow,so excited to see him/her again!! Although I wonder if pain might be nerves! Is anyone else struging getting up when sat on the floor! I've really struggled today! Felt like I'm about 8 months pregnant today!!x

Haven't tried sitting on the floor (or getting up) but I've been really uncomfortable today. It's clearly ligament/muscle pain in my case (I've done enough workouts to know what too many sit-ups feels like). i was joking with OH today that the baby knows we've 'gone public' so is stretching out and starting my bump for me!

I've had a few pains today every now and again I'll get a sharp pain and then panic thinking its a bleed like before fingers crossed baby will be ok from now on
I am also very stressed and worried
I put my little boys name down for the local school today
His birthday is 30th August he will be 3 this August
Turns out he starts school next year in September he will be just 4 years and 5 days old when he starts : ( sooooo worried
Can't imagine sending my baby to school next year : ( feeling emotional x

Same here laura my dd misses out as her bday is in December so she has to wait till this september to start nursery then the following sept to start school

Morning All,

Well scan went well yesterday but the little bugger would not move it's head and neck properly (after several attempts including going for a wee, drinking fizzy pop and eating chocolate and even laying on my sides) for the sonographer to get the NT measurements so I have to have a 2nd trimester blood test at 15 weeks which isn't as accurate but still enough apparently.

They didn't seem to suggest there were any issues, hearbeat was strong and it was moving everything but what she wanted it to! At one point it was even moving it's mouth - probably telling her to leave it alone haha! Measuring at 13+2 yesterday so spot on really!

Glad everything is ok as I was so worried that all the stress had done something to it!
