_>•~*X*~July 2015 Mummies-to-be!!!~*X*~•<_

Oh my god really?! December?! Eek, it just doesn't feel like I have been pregnant long enough!

Not sure why my appointments are a couple of weeks ahead, might be due to heart stuff! Spoke to another midwife today (you don't see the same one where I am) and she didn't know so said to call again Friday...will keep you posted!
Xx

I also dont get to see the same midwife.. Seen so many, that sometimes it gets frustrating, that you cannot just have one midwife throughout the pregnancy...

Crawlay all went well, measurements are perfect and got my GD tests back, which are normal too.

Happy 25 weeks crawkay :)

I'm shattered today starving too
Just got back from hairdressers and really looking forward to my spa day Saturday with the girls
First real relaxing day and pamper day for mummy in 2 and a half years lol x

I was abit bored with obem last night aswell which i never am!
Im in alot of pain today -baby seems to be above my belly button now (always been low) and is stretching the top bit alot - so so painfull i want to cry :( i cream to help with softness and everything but nothing helps. Is it supposed to hurt this much? Losing the will :( feel.awfull for saying that xxxx

Ahhx claire, my baby is still low and bump is teeny so not sure how that feels but sure it will let up soon. Maybe a warm hotwater bottle and bath at night to supple the skin? X

I.feel sick its that bad :( can i put a hot water bottle on my belly? Only ever had one on my back before xxxx

Your not supposed to if its hot as its not good for baby I side but if you make it warm not boiling I think you'll be ok . Xxx

Your womb should be just at or just above your belly button now so it might be all your organs being squashed! Is it any better if you stretch right out? Xx

December babies. Oh my.

BonzE, I've had the same info, in that baby's tummy is measuring big, but consultant wasn't overly concerned. He's going to see me again in 4 weeks to judge growth at that point. I think he's keeping gestational diabetes in mind, as he said he might consider bloods next time.

Roxy yes and no. I just feel very bruised so i think yeah everything must be on the move and its stretching. Im such a moaner. Im sorry xxxx

You not a moaner hun lol pregnancy is really hard work! I moaned all the time with my first pregnancy and I wlujs probably be moaning more now if I had time lol I found that as soon as one thing gets better sonething else crops up. I suffered with rib pain in my first and it was agony! I hated it and I hated being pregnant ! X

Pregnancy defiantly isn't easy.
I wish baby would turn himself around and stop playing piano on my bladder lol
I feel useless most days I cannot do what I once could like housework ect even shopping without getting a sore back.
With my DD I will never forget she managed to fracture my rib hope that doesn't happen again.

OH is off to the tip tomorrow with some junk out the back room so hopefully I can get in there and get sorted I have loads of clothes off DD in bags I need to take to the charity shop too.
I bought myself some "tums" for heartburn and they seem to be helping a lot fingers crossed they continue to work.

Glad your appointments went well Crawkay and Ingridika. Fingers crossed you get some answers soon BonzE.

I've asked about the hot water thing before and apparently it's fine because it's heat that raises your overall body temperature that's not good for baby (like in a hot bath) but heat isolated to one area is fine.

Think my bump must have gotten bigger as suddenly everyone at work is mentioning it. A lady in reception yesterday was telling me she had her daughter at 24 weeks and both of her sons at 30 weeks! So glad everything ended up OK for her, it's amazing really. Let's hope all of ours manage to stay in there a bit longer though!

Wow Angela, a broken rib?! I didn't even know it was possible for a baby to do that. Must've been mega painful! Fingers crossed that doesn't happen again for you (or any of us :-) )

Hope your appointment goes well today KWarbee xxx

Hi ladies,

Had my 25 week midwife appointment today and all went well. My OH got to hear baby's heartbeat for the first time in real time (rather than the recording he heard previously!) and it was 150bpm so all good :)

Despite my bump feeling huge and getting lots of comments about how massive I am, I'm actually measuring a week behind at 24 weeks but still within the normal range. Makes sense as I was put forward 5 days at the 12 week scan because she's long. Hope that doesn't mean I'm going to be really late!

Can't believe there's a December mummies thread

Hope you're all well!

Here's my bump yesterday xx

Thank you :) it feels rather large, can't imagine how big I'll be in 15 weeks time!! Not long to go at all, less a week until the first July mummy is officially in Tri 3! xx

I personally cant wait for big bump! Mine just started to show, but not nearly as big as yours!

I do really like it but I've already started to get quite a sore back if I'm standing/walking for long and I've had sore ribs every day since 22 weeks so it has it's downsides too. It's because I'm so short  xx

Lovely bump KWarbee :)
Yes Lola I nearly died I was laid in bed I had sat up and heard a horrid popping noise along with the most excruciating pain Id ever felt Id went through to a and e as I was worried And he said oh looks like baby must of fractured your rib I was shocked he said unfortunately there is nothing we can do lol

Ouch Angela, fingers crossed non of us experience any broken bones!

KWarbee beautiful bump! I have bump envy although as you said am glad to not have the back ache or not be able to do anything yet!
