2WW worried now

All,

I have a terrible cold it's awful and this morning at 6am I woke up with migraine. Now those who have had migraine you'd know these are killer headaches. I had a choice between Anadin with 300mg of aspirin in each tablet on 400mg ibuprofen. I am 3DPO today and I'm worried now that I took the ibuprofen I have ruined my chances of implantation. Am I being over the top? I am TTC conceive after 3 miscarriages in 2015 it's taken alot for me to be brave enough to get to this stage.
I will be considered high risk pregnancy once I am pregnant so I am on edge about everything and want to do anything and everything I can to keep hold of my next bean.

Yeah much better. I've been so stressed since deciding to start conceiving I think it's impacted on my immune system it's the waiting as well that's gets to me
