22weeks and SPD

Hi all, so this is my 4th baby with my 3rd baby I had severe SPD they told me I would suffer with it with and more pregnancies I had and as it is I'm just starting now. My question is I know I will need physio do I go see my midwife for her to refer me or a doctor? Xx

I believe its the Midwife but I could be wrong.

It was a gp referral for me, different practices do different things I think. I'm dreading spd, it start at 18 weeks for me last time best of luck!

Yeah I agree it's different at different surgeries. My MW did mine after my GP told me to go via her. Feel your pain, mine started at around 12wks with my lb x

My midwife just referred me and I got an appointment two days later! Hope it doesn't get too bad, I'm really suffering so I sympathise xx
