Zits around ovulation?

Is it normal to get loads of zits around ovulation? I've got so many zits on my chin right now. I usually get alot before my period, but not usually this many when I'm ovulating.

i usually get the odd one or two around OV then slowly get more as i get to AF! pain in the bum if you ask me! im too old for zits!!
