Young mums, old mums, in between?

I think I am an older 1st timer! At the age of 36! We did start trying when I was 32, so did not think for one second it would take this length of time !! Xx

I'm not pregnant yet but I had my first at 18 second at 22 and my 3rd at 31
I'm now 34 and TTC #4 for 18 months and counting
So have been a young mum and an older mum

It's nice that my girls are older and they adore their little brother

20 when I got pregnant, 21 when she's born, FTM my mum had her first at the same time, pregnant at 20 - turned 21 in the October and had my sister in the February - her due date was 7th Feb, mines is the 5th haha! X

I've been both I was 18 when I had my daughter and 37 when I had my son after many years of trying. I'm now pregnant again and if this baby makes it I will be 39 so proper oldie lol. I had a lot more energy back then but I have more patience and knowledge ect this time. I've enjoyed both my daughter adores her brother and he adores her it's so cute xxx

I had my son 3 weeks after my 23rd birthday. I will be 24 when our second arrives
My mum had me when she was 19, 4 years after her younger sister (my Aunty was born). My mum then had my younger brother and sister when I was 12 & 17. We have all sorts of big and small age gaps in our family, it confuses a lot of people trying to explain it all. That's why we always planned to start our family fairly young and have our babies quite close together! It's worked out perfectly for us so far xx

OK so following on from the thread about older mums, are there any younger mums?

How old are we all?

I had my first at 18 and my second at 21 and now I'm 30. So although I'm not old, I feel it because my kids are so much older.

WOW!!! just like me! except that i am 31 now and will end up having my 3rd when i am 32. i had my son at 18, my daughter at 21; age gap between daughter and baby will be 11 years so baby will feel like they have 4 parents! daughter is quite anxious about being the middle child.

Congrats! i like the age gaps... 4 kids is my goal too. i had the 11yr pause to concentrate on my career. which is fine because when older 2 move out i will still have younger 2 at home wuth me.
