My little girl is sleeping or tired all the time.

She gets up at 7:00-7:30, if she's not up by 7:30 then we wake her.
She has milk and breakfast and then she is shattered by 9:30, so goes to bed between 9:30 and 10:00. She will sleep for 2.5 hours, sometimes 3.
Up for 12:00 - 13:00

Tired again by 5, goes to bed at 7:30.

So she is sleeping 14.5 to 15 hours a day and I think she might nap at 5 but then she won't go to bed till late and this makes it worse.

She's always tired!! Oh she's 19 months old x

http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Childrenssleep/Pages/howmuchsleep.aspx Have you seen this sort of thing from NHS? Gives you a rough idea, you can usually find it online in chart form too but they are just averages so I wouldn't worry if you are a little over or under the time they put. DD is 15 months and probably sleeps 11-12 hours at night and 1-2 in the day if I'm lucky. Xx

Id say that was the right amount for her age, sounds fine xx

Ohh fab thank you :) it's just she was always awake all day and now always asleep lol x x x
