I don't but my hubby does. He works 2pm till 10pm.

We had to adjust the kids body clocks to a late-bed late-rise routine but it works fine.

We all wake up around 11am
we all have breakfast together around 12pm
we drive hubby to work for 2pm (he can't drive) - Alex usually naps in the car
then kids and I have lunch together around 4pm
kids have a nap around 6pm-8pm
kids have light snack (fruit for example, or yoghurt) around 8.30pn
we pick hubby up at 10pm
we eat dinner around 11pm
kids asleep around midnight
we go to bed 3am

my mother thinks we're really cruel keeping the kids up late - she thinks they should go to bed early and get up early - but the health visitor says it really makes no difference. It's the number of hours sleeping that's important, not the time they are taken.
It might be a problem in a few years time when they have to get up for school, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. For now we haven't found it a problem at all.
