Why do i feel so sh"t ??

Well , i have barely been able to keep my eyes open at work today , been so emotional over the past few days crying and stuff , now i have gone from being really constipated , to sat on the toilet with erm runny poop sorry tmi and terrible tummy ache !! All night !! I hardly slept last night , and i feel so rubbish !!!! :;(

Hope you are feeling a lot better today. ive just had a fluey virus that knocked me out for nearly 2 weeks. I hope your OH is looking after you xx
