why did a have a glass of wine n think it was a good idea to test

Well last night was my friend's 30th so we went out and i had a coulple of glasses of wine (i dont drink much so went straight to my head) this was was my first month of clomid so i thought it would be a good idea to test and what did i get BFN, Why did i do it to my self, it seemed like such a good idea after a glass of wine lol! xx

Hiya I'm 8 dpo I think, af is due next sunday! I know it was maybe too early to test but you know what its like, everything seems to be a good idea after a drink however I just don't feel BFP if you know what I mean, I would have thought I'd know! I don't think it helped that 3 of my friends are preg n they were all discussing it last night, I though I wanna bit of that. Too !! Oh well just have to keep plodding on I guess! We will get there itsbabytime at least we know the clomid actually did somthing xxx

Oh yeah the clomid def helped me. Longest LP ever, no spotting etc. I'm sure I'm not preg as bfn at 12dpo. If ur only 8dpo u have plenty time yet and I agree - its the wines fault . My best friend is preg so I know how u feel. Its very hard. Keep us updated on ur poas-ing. Fx for u.

thankx but i dont think its happened this month just dont feel any different if you know what i mean although i got my day 21 bloods back and they were 51 which shoed i ovulated which is good! fx for us bothh for nxt month xx

take the positive - 51 is a great number! shows a good strong ovulation. Mine were 60, usually i hover around 30 so im pretty pleased. Are you tempted to test again yet or are you gonna wait? dont count yourself out yet, lack of symptoms isnt anything to worry about.

ah its still early yet! Even 12dpo is early in some cases, some people don't get a hint of a positive until sometimes 15 or 16dpo!

Aparantly alcohol can affect the result of a pregnancy test so ya never know x
