which temp do i use?

last nite millie came to bed with us. she woke up and started wriggling around, it was dark and i was still kinda tired so i thought i'll put her in her cot. i looked at my fone it was 4am. i took my temp then in case she didnt settle and that was me up for the day. but she did settle, and i got another nearly 4 hours kip, so i took my temp at 8am it was 0.2 degrees higher. i dont kno which temp to put on my chart???

looks like i was wrong about already having ovulated coz its below yesterday's either way!

Whichever is closest to when you would usually wake up. Can you put a link to your chart up so we can see it? You might find it best to set your alarm every day to take your temp even if you don't get up then. It's the only way I manage to be consistent with a little one x x

i take my temp at 6am on mondays, 6.30am on tuesdays and 7am on saturdays (those are my work days)

the other 4 days is around 8am-ish coz i aint at work.

i'll put the 8am one then?
