PinkLady,please don't think this is an attacking thread, I genuinely am curious as I also had a fear of hospitals and have a history of panic attacks (stemmed from bullying in school) so I find your situation interesting.

I must admit, that you may feel very scared now, but heaven forbid there comes a time when your baby may be in trouble and you will be desperate to get to that hospital for them to help. This is something you can get over, I promise.

Definitely agree there, when I think of some of the problems my family have had with the NHS, regardless of PL's situation, it makes me want to scream.

No because every single thread i make i get targeted all i asked was when do i get my first scan and i said to one lady on here about me getting private scan but then i get accused of rubbing people up the wrong way then people telling me that my problem is a fear not a medical condtion then i get people saying im kidding myself then i get people saying u cant get it even though i rang my doctors!

PL like MM said, if people are being unfair to you don't reply to them hun, please don't get yourself upset again, don't give anyone you think is being unfair a reaction.

I think people are trying to say your medical condition is because of your fears to situations....

does that make sense?

Most people are just advicing that you will prob have to go to a hosp for your birth and pre-warning you... Maybe try some sort of theropy for your hospital fear which in turn willhelp your panic attacks

I think maybe people are a bit wary of you cos you've fibbed in the past Pinklady. If you don't react when people are trying to wind you up you'll gradually win back people's trust
