Been ttc for a while..i usually take red clover blossom but its 1st cycle tsking myo inistol as well. I am having my 2nd progesterone test my.last test showed i didnt ovulate that cycle. I am apparently 5dpo. I had 4 positive opks. 1st one test was same.colour as control line next 2 days test line was darker and 4th teat line same.colour as control.i dont know if fertility friend is rigt and im 5dpo or if im 1dpo. I had he strongest o.pain on day 3 of pos opks. I just dont want to go for.my blood test too early. What do you think wjen did i o? Tia x

According to your chart you O on CD 20 buuuuuut CD 23 looks good with that nice rise in BBT you have going on there. Also, with the OPKs being positive after CD 20 I'd rather go with CD 23....seeing as how you OPKs had nice strong lines FX
