Hey guys, so im currently 32+2 weeks pregnant.
Last week i lost my mucas plug, witch i was worrid about.
However yesterday, i woke up in the morning to what i seen was some fluid like stuff on my pad and monitored throughout the day. Today it as still continued. What is it?

Have you called your midwife? I can’t help at all unfortunately

Not sure anyone on this forum can tell you for sure what the fluid is, you need to get a professional opinion from your midwife or doctor hun xx

Call the hospital and speak to them. They will ask if you are sure you haven't wee'd yourself... do not be offended by this they have to check.

My waters started leaking at 36 weeks, I had a fall previously and had torn them; babies head was engaged and when he moved my waters would leak out. I got the are you sure you haven't just wet yourself question so much until they checked me over and the doctor said he could see the tear.

We can't tell you if it's your waters or not here; but make sure you get yourself checked over. If it is your waters then you and baby should be fine; but the hospital will know what to do and how best to look after you both. If you don't go in and it's your waters you risk infection.

However it might not be so try not to panic, good luck.

I'd also like to add that if it's just on your pad chances are it's not your waters but probably some kind of change in your discharge.

Even when my waters were just leaking it was enough at best to soak my underwear and at worse to soak my jeans through and leave a small puddle on the floor.

However; it's always best to get yourself checked out just in case.

I would also go to a hospital to get checked. When my waters broke, it was clear/light pink and dripped a bit, but about 30 minutes later it really started to pour out. Like wave after wave of it. So much fluid!
Even if it might be nothing, get it checked out! Good luck!x
